The programme began with a prayer service, followed by a heartfelt gesture of love and gratitude as the students presented their grandparents with handmade cards and flowers.<br>A student delivered a speech reflecting on his bond and cherished memories with his grandmother. This was followed by a melodious song and a lively dance performance by the students.<br>Thereafter, a grandparent Mr. Nadackel Thomas Mathew shared his experiences of life, adding a personal touch to the celebration. A fun-filled game was organised for the grandparents, adding laughter and joy to the celebration.<br>The Programme concluded with the presentation of tokens of appreciation. The celebration was a beautiful tribute to the love, wisdom and invaluable presence of grandparents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pastor\u2019s Day<\/strong><br>Pastor\u2019s Day was celebrated on 12 August 2026 with great joy and devotion to honour the guidance, service and dedication of our beloved spiritual leader, Rev. Fr. Ubaldo Fernandes. The programme commenced with a prayer service, seeking God\u2019s blessings. The celebration continued with a cake-cutting ceremony, followed by the presentation of a potted plant, hamper and greeting cards as tokens of affection and appreciation. A student recited a poem highlighting the life, work and selfless service of a pastor. This was followed by a dance performance and a skit showcasing the importance of a priest. An informative video was shown to help students understand the life and journey of St. John Mary Vianney. The students then presented a melodious song. The programme came to a meaningful conclusion with words of gratitude and appreciation expressed by the Manager Rev. Fr. Ubaldo Fernandes and the Administrator, Madam Cassie D\u2019Souza.<br><br><strong>Independence Day<\/strong><br>For the first time we had the unfurling of the flag in the school premises on the newly built stage and a flag pole. It was a proud moment for all of us to witness the unfurling of the flag in the hands of our Manager Rev. Fr. Ubaldo Fernandes and Administrator Madam Cassie Dsouza with support of the Manager, Cofre members , well wishers , parents and teachers . A long awaited dream came to reality. Thanks to Almighty . This was followed by a short prayer seeking God\u2019s blessings for our nation. A special depiction of the lives and sacrifices of our freedom fighters was presented by the pre-primary and primary students. This was followed by a speech by a student highlighting the significance of Independence Day. Teacher Sanlee then addressed the gathering and shared her thoughts on the importance of freedom and patriotism. The primary students presented an integration song, beautifully portraying the unity in diversity. The celebration was further enriched by a motivating message from the Administrator, Madam Cassie D\u2019Souza.<br>-Tr.
